Understand
You tell me the story, the goal and who it's for. I nod, take notes and ask "but why?" a lot.
Create
I find the edit. Then a better one. Then I go back to the first one. That's the process.
Refine
Timing, motion, sound and colour. The part where I zoom to 400% to fix one frame nobody will notice.
Deliver
Export, deliver, and pretend the render didn't fail twice.

Subho Basak is a video editor and motion designer who works under the name DamnSubh, mostly because “Subho Basak Professional Video Services” didn't fit next to the elephant.
